Logo Inclusion and Modifications

By purchasing our digital invitation custom videos created by Sappix Creations, you acknowledge and agree that each video will contain the Sappix Creations logo or watermark placed at the bottom right-hand corner. The logo is an integral part of our branding and serves as a form of identification and protection of our intellectual property. Any modification, removal, or alteration of the logo in the video without prior written consent from Sappix Creations is prohibited. Should you require the removal or modification of the logo for a specific purpose, an additional fee may be charged, and such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support for any queries or special requests regarding the inclusion or alteration of the logo in our videos.

TRADEMARKS

The "Sappix Creations" name and related stylized logos are registered and/or trademarked marks of “Sappix Creations”. Our partners may also have additional proprietary rights in the content which they make available through the Service. The trade names, trademarks and service marks owned by us, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Nothing contained on the Service should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of our trade names, trademarks or service marks without our express prior written consent.

User Information

Collection of Information: When customizing videos on Sappix.in, users may be required to input personal details such as names, event information, images, or other relevant content necessary for the creation of personalized videos.
Use of Information: Sappix Creations solely utilizes the provided user information for the sole purpose of creating and delivering the requested personalized video product(s). We do not store or retain any user data post-delivery of the product video.
Data Privacy: We prioritize the confidentiality and security of user information. All details provided during the customization process are treated with utmost confidentiality and are used exclusively for the intended purpose of creating the customized video.
Non-retention Policy: It is important to note that Sappix Creations does not retain any user data post-delivery of the product video. Once the video is completed and delivered to the user, all personal information provided during the customization process is deleted from our servers.
Third-party Access: We do not share or provide user information to any third parties unless required by law or for legal purposes.
Consent: By using our services and providing personal details for video customization, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described above.

No Warranties

Sappix Creations does not claim any warranty on any of the service provided shall meet your requirements. Sappix Creations does not make any representations for products or services provided by third parties and advertisements shown within the application.
Advertised results are based on test cases which may change upon usability. Sappix Creations does not claim that our applications will be error-free.

User Content

Sappix Creations does not claim ownership of any content created by users and does not supervise such content.
Users acknowledge that clearing application data could result in the loss of their customized data or content.
Any content uploaded or submitted by users for customization of videos should not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Users are solely responsible for the content they provide.
Sappix Creations reserves the right to remove or refuse any user-generated content that violates our terms of service or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.
Users grant Sappix Creations a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute their user-generated content for the purpose of creating and delivering the requested personalized video product(s).
By submitting content for customization, users warrant that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide and grant the license for the content they submit to Sappix Creations.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime but YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY placed order only within first 6 hours of order placement (with 50% of booking amount). No refund would be possible after that time period.
No cancellation shall be provided after last and final payment.
All payments shall only be made using the Payment Provider authorised by Sappix Creations.

License

By using our applications, you confirm that you use them solely for your personal use and must not modify, reproduce or distribute the software in any way or use it for any commercial purpose without written permission of Sappix Creations.
Other open-source licenses are applicable.
